POWELL ROAD

Single storey extension

We were entrusted to design and build a single storey extension for a family in Powell Road, Wickham.

The project involved knocking through the existing kitchen/diner to create a larger kitchen/diner/family room, with bi-folds and a picture window to the rear, an extended utility room and external landscaping, including tiering the garden to remove the slope of the site, a new patio, retaining walls and fencing.


COMPLETED - DECEMBER 2025
