CLARENDON CRESCENT

This project is a 'three stage process', the first of which was to construct a two storey side extension, creating an additional two reception rooms and two bedrooms.

The next phase, which is pencilled in for late 2026, is to create a gable extension to the second floor, build a single storey rear extension and adapt internally to create an open-plan layout, with a feature central staircase, large entrance hall and kitchen diner to the rear, with bi-folds opening on to the garden.
