About Apple Tree Design & Construction
Who we are
Created in 2024 following years of successful collaboration between Apple Tree Architecture and LP Smith Brickwork and Construction, Apple Tree Design & Construction was founded to offer our clients a seamless process between the initial design meeting and planning stage, through to the physical 'on-site' building process. We understand the complexities of the entire process and aim to make it as simple and stress free as possible.
Our Team
Lee McIlveen - Lee runs Apple Tree Architecture, an Architectural Design Company founded in 2019, which specialises in domestic developments, from extensions, loft conversions and remodels, right through to small new-build developments. With over 250 projects to date, largely from word of mouth recommendations, Lee is very proud of the reputation he has built in the local area. Personally Lee lives in Botley with his wife Karly, daughter Maria and boxer dog Tizzy.
Luke Smith - Luke brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry to the company, most recently as the Managing Director of LP Smith Brickwork and Construction; Luke's conscientious approach and attention to detail in his projects result in him being recommended time and again by his clients. Luke lives in Sarisbury Green with his wife Lauren and children Zachary and Isla.
