HUNTS POND ROAD

The brief for this project was to create a larger, family friendly kitchen, as well as an additional reception room, bedroom and family bathroom.

Due to planning constraints, the extension was designed with front and rear dormers, meaning we had to be intelligent with the design to maximise the usable space.

Overall the build was very successful, the Howdens kitchen helped to create the family kitchen diner that was desired and the other rooms were of very generous proportion, transforming how our clients will use their home.

We also provided landscaping for the rear garden, with two porcelain patios, artificial turf and replacement boundary fences.
